I work nationally and internationally in diverse contexts to cultivate individual and group transformation. I focus on developing ways of seeing, being, knowing, and interacting that allow us to come together to design and implement strategies, structures, policies, procedures, and cultures that support all of our health, wellbeing, and thriving.

I am moved by a vision of healthy and just society, one in which our inherent interconnection is felt and honored. My goal is for the organizations and individuals I support to develop and internalize a practice of dynamic, grounded, authentic connection with self and others that allows us to be present with and respond to what is – the hard stuff, the joy, and the gorgeous possibility.

I am a white, Ashkenazi, Jewish woman of Venezuelan and European descent. I am the daughter of an immigrant and granddaughter of a refugee. I was born and raised in the Boston area (Algonquin and Massachusett land) and live in Seattle (Coast Salish and unceded Duwamish land). I work across the U.S. and with partners internationally. Me encanta el Español.

“Diana has been an incredible partner in this work, always taking the time to understand our needs, to meet us where we are and to provide us opportunities and tools to push ourselves and our organization forward. Diana is a skilled facilitator who is able to adapt to what is needed in the moment to allow for growth and change to happen.”
